Heated by the sun with a saltwater system.
Pool towels, sun loungers and umbrellas provided.
All human ages welcome; in the interest of hygiene dogs are not allowed in the pool.
🚗 Free Private Parking (On-Site)
No reservation needed; space for a maximum of 3 vehicles.
📶 Free WiFi Throughout
Available in all areas of the house.
🐾 Pets Welcome (On Request)
An additional charge of 20eur per pet per stay will be required upon arrival; maximum of 2 pets.
🍽️ Kitchen & Dining – Fully Equipped
Cook and dine with ease: full kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle and coffee maker.
Dining table and outdoor BBQ area available.
🛋️ Living Space & bedrooms
Sofa bed in the living area for extra guests with a smart flat screen tv with streaming services (must use your own account).
Dining area, quiet nook area and small balcony cozy corner.
Comfortable bedding and wardrobe space in each room.
🛁Bathroom
Private bathroom with both bath and shower, bidet, hairdryer, washing machine and complimentary toiletries.

Multiple spaces to enjoy the island weather: private terrace, balcony, patio, sun terrace, and a garden with BBQ facilities in the pool area.
Outdoor dining area for al fresco meals.

🎉 Parties and events are not permitted. Daytime guests are welcome to enjoy the facilities, but any overnight stay by additional guests will incur an extra charge.
